At DAVINTH, we are committed to providing an exceptional luxury experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward, in compliance with international consumer protection laws (UK Consumer Rights Act & US FTC Guidelines).
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original professional packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at support@davinthofficial.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the instructions on where to send your package.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@davinthofficial.com.
5. Return Shipping
For defective products or errors made by DAVINTH, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. For voluntary returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
